These videos are designed to be used to help engage the viewers with their personal process. These are not designed in leu of counseling or coaching but to be used in combination with the rest of the process to assist in getting the most out of the process.

For many that may be dealing with stress, anxiety, or depression, the idea of being creative can be daunting. Still it is often necessary to get those creative juices flowing for your job and just in general in life. This can have a multitude of benefits. For that reason this video gives some basic ideas on how to get that process moving in a forward direction. Enjoy! 

BODY SCAN MEDITATION

Often I recommend meditation to my clients. While many see this as being a new age gimmick and dismiss it, I would urge you not to skip this work. In addition to scientific research that has proven the merits of meditation, the simple relaxation you will feel is worth the effort. In this video I guide you to a safe and relaxing space before bringing you back to your physical body. This is appropriate for both new and seasoned meditators. This is a current issue that I have dealt with myself and that I now deal with a lot in my practice. There are a lot of misunderstandings about burnout and how it can be dealt with. This is a primer for burnout and some ideas on how to start dealing with this debilitating condition prior to working with a professional so you can get your life back on track.
